In 1935 Marcel Breuer, like other Bauhaus architects Walter Gropius and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, left for the United States. Marcel Breuer's large library of tubular steel furniture pieces, ranging from seating to occasional furnishings, have since become icons of the Bauhaus movement and its ideals of proportion and functionality.
Good condition with minor wear and tear - The item has been used in a living space and shows minor signs of wear and tear. No structural damage.
